FAQ
Questions that usually come up first.
How close is Mineraura to a live marketplace?
This build mirrors a live catalog structure, but it is a static concept deployment. Cart totals, supplier pages, assay files, and verification codes are all surfaced for comparison and demo purposes.
Are the sample sizes and price ladders real?
The quantity ladders and public pricing were preserved from the source marketplace snapshot and re-labeled into mineral assay lots. Copy and branding were rewritten, but the commercial structure stays intact.
Why do some suppliers show no written reviews?
Some desks only surfaced assay documents and catalog rows in the source dataset. Their cards stay live, but the review rail remains empty until a buyer note exists.
What does the verification page check?
Verification compares a public reference code against the first-page assay registry that ships with this demo. Matching a code reveals the supplier desk, mineral line, filing date, and sample size.
Do supplier shipping perks vary?
Yes. The cart keeps supplier subtotals separate so each desk can unlock shipping thresholds independently, which is one of the more distinctive behaviors from the source experience.
Why do some lots show temporarily unavailable?
Those rows inherit supplier-side pauses or suspensions from the captured source data. The label is preserved so availability still behaves like the original marketplace.
Are assay files downloadable?
Public assay references are shown on supplier pages and in verification results. This demo links the captured file references but does not promise that every upstream file stays available forever.
Can suppliers be contacted directly?
No direct supplier messaging is exposed in this concept build. The site is positioned as a calmer comparison layer rather than a broker-managed communication channel.
